CAMP DARRYL/ NORTH: CDBA/North is based out of Wyoming, MI.
 
**Camp Darryl/North will have two teams for the 2012 session. One Sophomore-to-be (u15) and one Junior-to-be (u16) team.
 
 
MUST HAVE DOCUMENTS AT REGISTRATION:
COPY of your BIRTH CERTIFICATE
COPY of your current (2011-2012) school year REPORT CARD
**PARENT/GUARDIAN will need to SIGN a WAIVER BEFORE YOU'RE ALLOWED TO TRYOUT**
